1. The service
TradeQuote provides quote calculators for pressure washing, lawn care, mobile detailing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and junk removal. The service can calculate a quote, create a customer-facing PDF, and—on Pro accounts—save selected pricing tools and quote history.
TradeQuote provides calculation and document tools, not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or trade-practice advice. You are responsible for reviewing each quote, setting appropriate prices, and meeting the rules that apply to your business.
2. Accounts and security
Keep account information accurate and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and should contact support@tradequote.net promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, or meet a legal obligation.
3. Free and Pro plans
Free access includes the public calculators and watermarked PDF previews. Pro includes the saved tools and unwatermarked, branded PDF capabilities described on the pricing page.
Pro is a recurring subscription priced in USD at the rate shown when you choose monthly or annual billing. The subscription renews at that cadence until you cancel. Stripe processes payment and provides the secure customer billing portal; TradeQuote does not receive your full payment-card number.
You can cancel at any time through the billing portal linked from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals, and Pro access continues through the end of the billing period already paid for. Account deletion is a separate action that immediately cancels the linked subscription. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Questions about a charge or account access can be sent to support.
4. Your quote content
You keep responsibility for the business information, customer details, pricing assumptions, notes, and other content you enter. Do not enter information you are not authorized to use. You give TradeQuote permission to process that content only as needed to provide the calculators, account tools, PDFs, email delivery, support, and security controls.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, probe or disrupt its infrastructure, send unauthorized email, upload malicious content, or use it for unlawful activity. We may take action when use threatens customers, providers, or the service.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep TradeQuote available and accurate, but online services can be interrupted or changed. Features, limits, and pricing may change prospectively with notice where required. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
